Browsing and security data

The website is hosted on Cloudflare’s infrastructure. To deliver the pages and protect them from abuse, the technical systems process data such as IP address, date and time of the request, page visited, browser and device type.

The website does not use analytics, advertising or profiling tools. The IP address is also used, for a limited time, to prevent repeated submissions of the contact form.

Data you provide

Contact form: name, email and message are needed to reply; your partner’s name, phone number, wedding date and place are optional. The form content is not stored on the website: it is forwarded by email to the controller’s mailbox.

Email: messages sent to info@carminesannino.com are forwarded by Cloudflare to the controller’s mailbox, managed with Gmail.

WhatsApp: the WhatsApp buttons open an external service, operated by WhatsApp/Meta under its own terms and notices. The website only prepares a text you can edit; nothing is sent until you press Send in WhatsApp. Please do not send documents or data that are not needed for your enquiry.

Instagram and Behance are simple links: no content or tools from these services are loaded before you click.

Purposes and legal bases

Replying to your enquiries and preparing a proposal: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Providing the photography service, if agreed: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).

Meeting tax and accounting obligations: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Keeping the website secure and preventing abuse of the form: the controller’s legitimate interest in protecting the website and communications (Art. 6(1)(f)).

The data is not used for newsletters, marketing or profiling and is not subject to automated decision-making.

Providing your data

Providing data is optional, but without a usable contact (email or WhatsApp number) it will not be possible to reply to your enquiry.

Recipients

Cloudflare, Inc. for hosting, security, email forwarding and delivery of form messages; Google for the Gmail mailbox that receives the mail; WhatsApp/Meta if you choose to write on WhatsApp. Where necessary, data may be shared with advisers who assist the controller with legal obligations (for example tax). The data is not disclosed to the public.

Transfers outside the European Union

The providers listed may also process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. In these cases the transfer relies on the mechanisms set out in Articles 44 et seq. GDPR referred to in the providers’ terms, such as adequacy decisions (for example the EU‑U.S. Data Privacy Framework for participating companies) or standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking: kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and at most for 12 months from the last contact, then deleted.

If a booking is made: the data needed for the contract and invoicing is kept for the period required by law (10 years for accounting records).

Technical browsing and security data: kept by Cloudflare’s systems for limited periods, according to its service settings. The website keeps no logs of its own of the messages.

Your rights

You can ask at any time for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest (Articles 15–22 GDPR), by writing to info@carminesannino.com.

If you believe the processing breaches the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Video and photographs on the website

The film on the homepage and the photographs are hosted on the website itself: viewing them does not involve external video platforms or set cookies.
